Getting Started:

Interviews are required with all new clients.  The interview process takes about 45 minutes, and involves a comprehensive profile on each pet, as well as the information needed to take good care of your home. It also gives you and your pet the opportunity to meet your assigned sitter.  At the time of the interview, we require two keys.  One key is kept by your sitter, and the other is put in the office for emergencies.  All keys are coded for your security.  If you have an alarm, we ask that you set a separate code for the use of your sitter.  First time clients are required to pay at the time of the interview.
